Meredith Perry & David Wang

Meredith Perry is the Co-Founder and CEO of Elemind, a company developing novel wearable neurotechnology that achieves the same effects as specific pharmaceuticals without any chemicals or side effects. Meredith is a Director on the Board of the J. Craig Venter Institute, and is also the inventor of uBeam, a long range ultrasonic wireless power system that could charge devices in the air. She holds numerous patents related to both Elemind and uBeam's technologies.

While an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, Meredith served as a student ambassador for NASA, where she worked on technology to detect life on Mars, experimented in zero gravity, and researched and published papers in astrobiology and medicine. She graduated in 2011 with a degree in paleobiology.

Meredith has been recognized by Forbes’ “30 Under 30”, Vanity Fair’s “The New Establishment”, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, and Fast Company’s “Most Creative People”. She is also the recipient of Elle Magazine’s Genius Award.

David is the co-founder and CTO of Elemind where he pioneered Elemind's core brain tracking technology. He also developed the in-home health monitoring radar at Cherish Health, and co-founded NuVu Studios which has been successfully teaching creativity for almost 15 years.

David is an engineer and entrepreneur with a love for learning and solving interdisciplinary problems. He received 5 degrees from MIT, including a PhD in Autonomous Systems for work developing a fundamentally new approach to solving planning and scheduling problems. His work in A.I. has spanned collaborations with NASA JPL, DARPA, Lincoln Labs, Boeing, and WHOI, and seen a diverse range of applications, including: mission-planning for Mars rovers, fully-autonomous flight avionics, UAV based military convoy protection, deep-sea exploration with autonomous underwater vehicles, and cyber security.
