David Mindell is a professor at MIT and co-chair of the MIT Work of the Future Task Force. He is also the founder of Humatics, a company developing precise navigation and positioning systems. Mindell’s academic work spans engineering, history of technology, and human-machine interaction, including studies of autonomous systems in aviation and space exploration.
